TRANSIT, HANDLING &  ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Handling time : 1 - 2 Business Days ( Monday to Friday)

Transit time : 5 - 15 Business Days ( Monday to Friday) 

Order Cut Off Time :  03:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

All orders ship the same day if placed before 3.00 PM (EST)


Delivery Terms:

To ship the merchandise, we use reliable couriers such as UPS, USPS, RedEx, DHL etc.

Change of Address:

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. Contact us at sprt@smartdealspot.shop or call us at +12568866449 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery location.

Multiple Addresses:

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you wish to deliver products to different addresses.

Incorrect Address:

If you provide an incorrect address at checkout and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying all shipping fees to resend the product.

Delays:

There are certain instances where delays may occur. If your order will not be delivered within 20 business days, we will notify you promptly.

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, please refer to our return policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:
